The staff here were incredibly friendly and always available, the rooms were well-organized with a lounge area and kitchen, and the service was excellent during our stay.

absolutely amazing hotel located in a nice enough area just next door to town and loch lomond, balloch town and loch lomond shores and being close to other activities. excellent food. great location and excellent facilities. besides, very convenient to sea life centre. great choice for weekend.

I loved staying at this great place. All the employees were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located within a short walk to all the main attractions, the train station, and a fantastic park.

Beautiful & exceptionally nice unit with shower, bath, the kids to run around in a safe environment.

Everything there were really good, including really good facilities. Welcoming and affable staff, easy check in. Stunning and tranquil location to Falls of Falloch. Liked fairly quiet area. A lovely restaurant and a main bar available. Perfect base for exploring Balloch.
